Bug: Sizebar for selected rows doesn't show nested bars #364

When the advanced scale is toggled on and a selected or bookmarked row exceeds the maximum size, the nested bars don't show up well or at all for some highlight colors (ie green)

Will be part of the backselection PR (issue #24) as this affects size bar styles.
