Change Picture on-click behavior #71

The on-click on people's picture scrolls down to the list of people.

While I get why we did this, I've found myself dumbfounded by the behavior a couple of times. I'd suggest that we move this to

click -> straight to website; independent of whether on the picture or on the name
hover -> highlight

Should be fairly easy-to-do. I think that was the previous behavior, too.

If I recall correctly, part of the reason we did the click-linking behavior is because on-hover has no meaning on mobile, so on mobile faces cannot be tied to names on the team page.

But this is understandable, I did not like the behavior much either. The websites (if they exist) should give you the information about the person, and it is easy for a visitor to recover (hit back).
