Extend to add some resource sync elements to the sitemap. #19

http://www.openarchives.org/rs/1.0/resourcesync defines some metadata elements that agregators or harvesters of your sitemap might find useful. This is in part based on work that @mjgiarlo started.

I'm looking for feedback on my approach and if this meets the needs of anyone else. If so it can hopefully be merged upstream.

I'll have to read up on resourcesync. Thank you for the time invested in this, I'll attempt to merge it as soon as possible.
