Failed add "Created Database to Icinga 2 Application Resources" #1

Hello.

All steps instalation manual done. Validate resource "The configuration has been successfully validated."

But module "The configuration has been successfully validated."Failed to connect to localhost port 443: Connection refused" How i can fix that?
