Fix glTF warnings: `loader option 'baseUri' not recognized.` #1099

We should fix this in 3.0 and ideally backport to 2.3.

We patched it in 2.3 by disabling the message but we need to fix it properly in 3.0 by looking over how we handle the baseUri prop
