This is work in progress - website not to be deployed.

Bunch of changes, including

Remove .cache and public folders that should not be checked in.
Make a front page that describes the philosophy behind vis.gl
Move frameworks to separate page.
Remove Uber team specific page.
and small cleanup and renaming
