Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Docker deployment shouldn't be based on CoreNLP as a dependency

Describe the solution you'd like Changes would include:

Updation in docker.env
Removing java_storage container
Updating docker-entrypoint.sh to not download CoreNLP
Updating Dockerfile to stay minimal

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context Testing results need to be mentioned in the PR before the issue is marked closed.
