Add missing hover effect on social media links in the "Divine Wallpapers" footer #363

The social media links in the footer of the "Divine Wallpapers" page currently lack the hover effect that is consistently present on all other pages of the website. To maintain visual consistency and improve the user experience, the hover effect should be added to these links as well. image image

This falls under UI/UX enhancements 🎨. Please assign this issue to me under GSSoC-ext and Hacktoberfest.

@we-nita good observation. There are few more such footer icons who don't have this hover effect. So check all the available pages on the website carefully and add effect to them as well.
