Timthumb error #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. reloading images
2. backtracking source code
3. viewing main site 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is users pic when posting a comment. instead we got a broken 
image link.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wordpress-3.3.1 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

TimThumb isn't involved with WordPress. I would suggest talking to the person 
who created your theme for help.
