It does not make sense for the user to view an application on minimized mode when they have the option to view it in full-screen.

You can even choose to toggle the screen from left to right.

Furthermore, please report this bug with the right severity. It should be of low severity since it is a cosmetic flaw.

Reason for disagreement: "It does not make sense for the user to view an application on minimized mode when they have the option to view it in full-screen."

This is invalid, since a user could choose to use this application while using another application. Moreover, the user might have limited screen estate and with your application, he/she cannot see the full app in the small screen.

Your argument that the app can be fully function (no cut anywhere) is not valid for the reported issue. This is because I'm saying that some of the window size that your app allows make the app doesn't function fully. Hence, it is a bug since you didn't restrict the user to not viewing the app in the correct size, in which this could easily be done by restricting the minimum width of your app.
