To create a footer for the "Tutorial" page that enhances navigation and provides essential information about the website, improving user experience and accessibility.The footer will serve multiple purposes: it will provide quick links to important sections of the website, display contact information, and present social media links for user engagement. The footer should be visually appealing and consistent with the overall design of the site, ensuring it fits seamlessly into the existing layout.
