Improve User Experience by Rearranging Canvas and Feature Layout. #561

Description: The current layout of the canvas editing website places the canvas above the features (like brush size and color selection), which may hinder user interaction and overall experience. To enhance usability and accessibility, I propose rearranging the layout so that the features are displayed side by side with the canvas.

Benefits: Enhances user experience by providing easier access to tools. Encourages user engagement with the canvas without interruptions. Creates a more modern and intuitive design for the application.

Details to Include When Taking the Issue: Participant Role (Specify the Open Source Program name, e.g., GSSOC, Hacktoberfest, etc.): GSSoC'24-extd.
