Done the following changes :-

1) Enhanced the project structure 2) Added star our repository section 3) Added first pull request steps section 4) Added good coding practices section 5) Added the pull request rules section 6) Added the thank you section

I have done enhancements in the documentation. Please kindly check once, if all things are fine please merge the PR. Also please attach the gssoc extend and level label.

Actually I have already done my changes and not changed the previous changes which were already there. What was already there I simply aligned them not done any changes. Comparing to the readme.md file I have added :-

1) Enhanced the project structure 2) Added need help with the basics section 3) Added additional method of contributing through GitHub desktop section 4) Added help and support section 5) Added good coding practices section 6) Added pull request process section 7) Added issue report process section

Other than these might have same but I have done in my own way.
