generated node and link names #34

automatically generate node names as "node N" for node ID==N

link from node N1 to N2 should be named "N1 -> N2"

if name is explicitly provided in xml file or by user typing in editor form, 
then that overrides automatically generated name

when writing to xml, if name is in normal form do not write the name attr to 
file
