click on node in fast edit mode #44

When in "add node and link" mode, clicking on a node should add a link from the 
selected node to the clicked node.

When in "add node" mode, clicking on a link or node should select it.

On second thought, it makes more sense for clicking on a node to select it, 
just as in the Select mode. Otherwise, there is the ambiguity about whether to 
add a node on top of the existing node.
