makefile missing in subdirs #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
$ ls
COPYING*    client/     rpc/        version.pri*
Makefile*   common/     server/
dinker:ostinato dinker$ make
make -C rpc
make[1]: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
make: *** [all] Error 2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ostinato-src-v0.1r120f on Mac OS X

Did you run "make qmake" before running "make"?
