Correct bug in utils, add more tests, update tests for realms

Hello,

this small pull request has:

• updated tests for realms with CHINA, TAIWAN and KOREA regions,
• new tests for raids,
• new tests for utils,
• bug correction for utils.quote(),
• prevent problems with CHINA and talents (CHINA is always using the old API).
