How to convert my data formats to NIfTI? #6

My formats include DICOMDIR, AVI, DMP, JPEG, PPT, TIFF.

If you are using DICOM check https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix

For other formats, I am not completely sure but the mrtrix suite has tools to handle many different formats: https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3
