Talkback won't speak when using arrow keys with bluetooth keyboard. #456

Focus yourself in a text field.  Type a few characters, then use your arrow 
keys to move around the text area.  In Talkback 4.2 Beta 1, you'll notice that 
Talkback reports absolutely nothing as you move around.  This is very 
inconvenient, as it makes editting text very difficuylt.  Yes it can be done by 
switching granularity through the context menus, however this may not be a 
viable option for some people who wish to only use the keyboard, and who are 
used to standard editting commands.

This appears to be partially addressed in the Google Talkback 4.3.1 development 
cycle. Please see issue #428 for general Google Talkback issues while using the 
keyboard.
