Launch Plug-in: 'Run' keeps on being disabled #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new file
2. Enter your code
3. Press F5 or use the menu: Tools - Run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: a dialog asking to save the current file. If 'Yes': give 'Save 
As...' dialog. When saved: run code.
Instead: nothing happens. Even when saving the new file it doesn't become 
enabled. Switching to and from an other file will enable the Launch 
functionality. 

Editra Version 0.4.01 (Binary Installation)
Windows XP Pro SP3

I think that have already fixed this last week. Haven't re bundled the egg yet 
though. Will look at adding a prompt to save the file.

Decided to have it automatically save the buffer if it is modified before 
running it. 

For a new buffer it is still necessary to save it your self before hand 
otherwise the
Launch window will have no idea what program to launch it with.
