Scrolling Up and Down without a mouse

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file with the reader
2. Need to be able to scroll up or down without the use of a mouse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This would be a new feature if it is possible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest Flexpaper

My situation is that I have users that only have a keyboard but no mice.  There 
are API's to fit page to height and Page-Up and Page-Down.  Unfortunately, the 
monitors are too small and this solution is not going to be enough.  What I 
need are API's to scroll up or scroll down in the Flexpaper control.  Is this 
possible?

Space moves to the next page in next version of FlexPaper, Page up & Page down 
moves 300 pixels up and down in the document
