SWF Not embedding in HTML??

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am currently upgrading from v1.4.0 to v1.4.5. The flexpaper screen appears 
over the top of my webpage menu bar see the attached photos for a "before" and 
"after" view.

I am using the pre-compiled flash version.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am on Win XP Home SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Has the way that the flash is embed changed. Are their some attributes or 
parameters that I need to include?

The third file are the parameters that I am using to add it to my site.

params.wmode='transparent' through html. This parameter may help.

We have changed the way we embed the viewer from version 1.4.5 and onwards. It 
may be that you have to set a min-height on the div which contains the viewer 
if you want the background to cover the whole viewer.
