Images are not display in 2-page view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Convert a jpg/png to swf
2. Open swf in flexpaper
3. Use 2-page view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Image works fine in single page view + page overview, but it's not getting 
display in 2-page view. You just see an empty white page instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OSX, Chrome, Inbuild-Flash, Flexpaper 1.4.5

Please provide any additional information below.

It did not happen in early versions. My guess is that issue was introduced with 
1.4.5 rc1 (Release notes say: "A number of bugs corrected for two-page viewing 
mode")
