Hit highlighting is off #225

When passing hit highlight file to the SWF file, hit highlights are off and 
wrong words are highlighted. The same hit highlight file passed to the PDF file 
(the one that we get SWF file from) highlights properly.
OS: Windows 2008 Standard
Flexpaper: Latest unlimited license

I used following parameter to process the PDF file:
pdf2swf.exe -s subpixels=1.5 -s poly2bitmap -s linknameurl -s linkfunction -T9 
-s insertstop -f -s storeallcharacters -s flashversion=10 input.pdf -o 
output.swf

Is there any optional flag that might fix this problem?
