PrintEnabled set false,but still work, 1.4.1version from svn trunk #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open the Example\flash\FlexPaperViewer.html ,change the PrintEnabled property 
to false, then browser the demo, print button can still work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.4.1 IE7 Windows Server 2003

Please provide any additional information below.

we have decided to supply a separate read only build to our commercial clients 
rather than this parameter as it was shown to be more consistent to what people 
wanted

I've read the code,and found the ReadOnly property.
