Plugin for adding a logo and link to the reader (if possible through the API).

Remark: In my understanding, based on the publicly available docs, this cannot 
be solved by the Watermarking (-> static and dynamic text) plugin.

What I meant is to replace the FlexPaper logo by an own custom logo (incl. 
underlying link) for the commercial-license readers (i.e standard & Zine).
