Mouseover description popups for icons are not displayed in "html"-mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open index.html of the AdaptiveUI-zip in a browser window.
2. Move mouse over an icon, e.g. print icon.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: popup with description text for the icon. Instead no popup is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AdaptiveUI_1.3.3, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Please provide any additional information below.
Only occurs when view mode (renderingOrder) is "html". For "flash" mode popups 
are working correctly.
