Returning from full screen causes problem with annotations toolbar after highlighting something

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start flexpaper with annotations plugin. For example the viewer at 
http://devaldi.com/annotations/
2. Enter full screen mode
3. Highlight something in the text
4. Exit fullscreen mode
5. Error : The scrolling is incorrect and there are two vertical scrolbars.

What is the expected output? 
Normal document with annotation

What do you see instead?
Box-in-box with incorrect placement of annotations toolbar.

What version of the product are you using? 
Flashannotations version 1.5 on Chrome (multiple browsers same problem)
