FlexPaper Standard / HTML4 Mode: Fitting of "Two Pages" in fullscreen mode does 
not work perfectly when activating "Two Pages" mode in fullscreen mode.

How to test:

-- Open this HTML4 document: 
http://devaldi.com/adaptiveui/Intl_Monetary_Fund.php?ro=html,flash&prefer=true

-- Click on the Fullscreen button

-- Then click on the "Two Pages" mode button

-> Result: The two pages does not fit into the fullscreen -> Content of the two 
pages is hidden.

I can't reproduce this in the resolution and browser I am testing on, which 
Browser/OS combo together with screen reso are you using?

OS: Win XP
Browser: Firefox and Chrome
Screen resolution: 1280 x 1024 px

-> calculated scale value = 119% and I cannot see the complete left area 
containing the subphrase "INTER" of "INTERNATIONAL".
