Bug: FlexPaper Standard / HTML4 mode: Window width grows when returning from 
fullscreen mode.

How to test:

-- Open this HTML4 doc 
http://devaldi.com/adaptiveui/Intl_Monetary_Fund.php?ro=html,flash&prefer=true

-- Click on fullscreen

-- Click on the "Thumb View" button (& let the thumbs load)

-- Press escape key

-> Width of FlexPaper Window grows (see the scroll bar).
