Annotations tools deselected after use #332

1. download and unzip FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
2. deploy on a web server like Apache 2.0
3. open index.html
4. click on "Highlight" tool (or "Strikeout" or "Create note" or "Draw")

Every time I use an annotations tool, it is automatically deselected. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20

Is it a correct behaviour? Can it be changed to the more friendly one in which 
it is the user to choose when to deselect a tool?

You can set the following parameter if you want to avoid this:

StickyTools : true,
