Show/hide annotations button status not working #333

1. download and unzip FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
2. deploy on a web server like Apache 2.0
3. open index.html
4. click on "show annotations" tool 

The “show annotations” button status is always active. 
An error is thrown the first time I click on it: 
Uncaught Error: Error in Actionscript. Use a try/catch block to find error. 
Onclick     libri.html:117
Uncaught Error: Error calling method on NPObject.
Onclick     libri.html:117

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20

Fixed in our dev branch.  Let us know if you want a snapshot build and we'll 
send you one. The final version will be released on friday the 21st of Dec
