Add option: odd or even pages on the left in two page mode

Some documents are meant to be read in "two page" mode and have couples of 
pages which need to be viewed together (e.g. they contain large images which 
cover two pages).

Like in other pdf viewers, you should add an option to let users choose to see 
odd or even pages on the left side of "two page" mode (eventually leaving the 
first page blank).

next build of AdaptiveUI has "BookView" for choosing between viewing pages as 
odd or "TwoPage" for even
