Mobile Devices: Muliti page pdf shows only one page. Only for some pdfs. others are fine.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Import sample PDF. Sent to you via email since the 'Issue attachment storage 
quota exceeded.' here.
2. View in mobile device. iphone/ipad/andriod
3. You can only see the first page. 

What is the expected output? 
Should be able to see both pages

What do you see instead?
Only the first page.

What version of the product are you using? 

FlexPaper_2.2.3_c_customizable 2.2.3
mupdf 1.3

On what operating system?
Debian 3.2.41

Please provide any additional information below.

Java Script error:
TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating
