720 vs 1080 HD #123

= Describe the steps (including the command you run) that will reproduce
the problem?

How can I enable the upload of videos in 1080 hd? Currently the youtube-upload 
script uploads in 720p.

I am afraid the API has no reference to HD. If once you upload the video it's 
seen as 720p I don't think there is a solution. It's a pity but Python still 
uses api v1.
