UG Links are invalid #1

Quick start, NUSMODS API, FAQ, Command summary Links are all invalid and unclickable. Furthermore the heading link Features can't be clicked, though the subsections can.

[UG] Broken Hyperlinks

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

In the table of contents, only the individual features have working hyperlinks, affecting navigability.

For the rest, Quick Start, NUSMods API, FAQ etc etc are indicated to be hyperlinks, but are not able to be clicked. I tested it while viewing on both Edge and Firefox, and both did not work.
