Team's Response

Issue with NUSMods API which cannot be addressed. Also deals with CS/CU module which is a proposed feature as stated in the DG.

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: could have just printed a default message saying "NUS MODS API issue" or something relevant instead of null which at the moment provides no explanation or any info on what happened or what the user is expected to do now. Is the user supposed to re-enter the command? or is the user supposed to assume all went well? null is vague, no error handling and this was not mentioned in the UG/DG. hence, cannot be not in scope.
