If player spawn "check" using ATM, duplicate it somehow (there are alot of dupe bugs in big modpacks) he can make himself infinite money.
Can you make so if someone get check from ATM, it does not withdraw money from check owner yeat, but only withdraw when someone USE said check. (sure, if someone will duplicate this check, he can steal all the money from original owner, but if you spam in chat "%player_name% withdrawed money using your check" it would be a evidence for admins or "police" if roleplay involved. And it will not create money from thin air)
