Is there any plan to support `/etc/iproute2/rt_tables` manipulation #490

Firstly thanks for the great work. However, this library has already supported actions equivalent to ip rule for policy routing, but there is no function provided to manipulate file /etc/iproute2/rt_tables. I'm just curious about if there is any plan to support this?

AFAIK there is no any roadmap and so such plan, but as always - I assume that patches will be welcomed ;)
