Allow budgets #57

I think that the only feature that this projects lacks is the possibility of 
create budgets.

For example i would like to  spend 120€ maximun per month in Fuel.

Fuel
XXX--------- 30€ of 120€ (25%)

I agree, this feature would be really nice to add to every expense category..

You could actually use daily money for budgeting already by simply making use 
of the Other-Type accounts. That's what I do anyway. I simply transfer money to 
that account however much I want to budget for that particular account. These 
Other-Type accounts are also pretty much identical to your expense accounts 
too. Then when you buy something you would instead pay money from the other 
accounts instead of the asset account. At the end of the month you would then 
add more money for the next month.
