Dynamic library unload segfault fix: Create and populate libVCore.so #22

This should fix #17 on *nix platforms in release-8.0 branch. As we don't have this problem on other platforms I didn't add libVCore.so to those platforms.

@MichaelJCaruso and @c-kuhlman were there other platforms experiencing this problem that should be considered?
