System V 'matherr' support removed from 'glibc' as of version 2.27 #48

Support for the deprecated System V (SVID) matherr exception handling mechanism has been removed fromglibc as of version 2.27. With that version now standard in at least Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, an upgrade to the machinery of math_error(7) is now required for least for our Linux distributions.
