add docker container for automatic deploy with jenkins

Im not to happy about including this in the repo, but I think it is the less bad option.

The other option would beto use a prebuild docker from docker hub, but that:

• is something we in general do not do
• would require work keeping it up to date

Is @adamkudrna ok with merging this?
