Simulation Exchange turns Order Book Blue when no module is switched on

How it should works: 1) When Sim Exchange is turned on, a snapshot of current data is taken 2) When a module is switched on, the simulated data should be pushed onto the Order History as per the parameters set. These simulated orders should be set as Blue color.

How to test it: 1) Simulated orders in Order History should follow closely when the live trading and the same module is switched on.
