Get copy of bigtoe part of microCT tiff image sequence to @Magicat-0 #19

We agreed @Magicat-0 needs a copy of (minimally) the bigtoe microCT scan sequence which is several hundred gigabytes. Do this as soon as makes sense after completing HPC intro classes

I think we decided this wasn't going to be too useful to @Magicat-0 other than to take up a lot of space on her system :wink:
