Work to present metadata in the blueprint index for grid-function based vol fracs and per-material values. Implement automagic LOR support to produce materials and wire up isIt's MIR.

This sounds like something Kenny asked me to do - if a Blueprint dataset has HO grid functions that make up a material, refine them on read and funnel them into a material so FilledBoundary plots work. If so, I started a branch.
