Replace 'pascal' with 'poodle' where needed in docs and tests.

Description

Removed pascal host profile. Add poodle17 config-site symlink to poodle18. Update poodle config-site to point to 3.4.2 version of libs.

The change to visit_test_main.py should solve simulation regression failures.
