Olivier Cessenat (cessenat@free.fr) reported the following bug.

Dear Developers,

A very minor bug in the French GUI for the File Menu : there misses « Set Save Options » still accessible through keyboard Shift+Command+O, I join screen copies.

I regenerated the binary translation files from the ASCII translation files in Qt. I made the changes on the 3.0RC (#3582) and develop (#3583).

@brugger1 Oliver indicates in this SRE issue that he is still having issues with the menu in French, even when running 3.1.1.
