Slow zoom performance displaying to Mac from LC. #5145

Describe the bug

Fady was running VisIt 3.1.3 on the RZ and displaying back to his Mac. He zoomed using the bounding box zoom and it redrew the image many times slowly zooming in. Client/Server works fine.

Desktop

OS and version: Mac
VisIt Version: 3.1.0

Additional context

Running on RZ display back to a Mac laptop on site.

Fady also mentioned that he doesn't recall this behavior in 2.13.x.
