Summary of task

Update the methodology to reflect additions - getting around, biodiversity fund, main mode of transport to Scotland

Acceptance criteria

Methodology has been updated to explain:

• how we calculate 'getting around emissions'
• how we selected biodiversity projects
• how we define flights and meat consumption

Conversion factors definitions; Short haul = Within Europe, Long-haul = outside of Europe, Domestic: Within the UK.

WWF methodology defines: Meat lover as meat in every meal, Average as meat in some meals. [https://www.wwf.org.uk/sites/default/files/2022-05/WWFFootprintCalculator-MethodologyDocument-2021.pdf] Low-meat eaters are defined as eating less than 50 grams of meat per day by Scarborough et al, (2014)
